The Waterworks, Coromandel

Overview

Suitable for all ages

This is a theme park of sorts but the attractions are generally made out of recycled materials powered by water. Kids and adults alike can enjoy seeing how each activity works while for instance, swinging or zooming down the flying fox.

There’s also a water hole for swimming on hot days and plenty of space for picnics as well as BBQs available for BYO lunches. Be warned that you might get wet, so taking a change of clothes for the whole family can be a good idea! Not much shade to be had, so make sure you have sunblock and hats on hot days.
