There’s lots on offer for families at Palm Beach! Next door to the well stocked general store, there’s a good fish and chip shop (at the corner of Palm Rd and Hill Rd). Order and take your food down to the beach to enjoy. There is a toilet and grassy reserve at this end of the beach.

Further down the beach (about halfway down Palm Road), there’s another grassy area, changing rooms, outdoor shower and a shaded playground.

Both grassy areas have free to use BBQs. Another food option at certain times of the year, is Dragon Fired Pizza who set up a wood fired oven on a trailer to cook pizzas. Check out more info here.

The beach is a long, narrow strip when the tide is in and the water is good for boogie boarding and diving through the waves.
