The menu changes with the seasons, they make their own bread every day and use herbs from their garden out the back. Black Bird is light and airy with very friendly, helpful staff.

The blackboard menu features lots of interesting breakfast/brunch options, there’s a cabinet full of tasty sandwiches, pies and sweet treats that are relatively guilt-free. There’s a small kids’ menu of toasted sandwiches, fruit kebabs and breakfast dishes.

There’s a toy box for little kids, highchairs and a change table.
