This cafe has been voted the best cafe in all of New Zealand (2015) and the food is certainly good as is the friendly service. If you’re looking for a healthy breakfast or lunch this is the place to come – there are the staples like eggs benedict but also raw food options. That said, there are plenty of baked items to choose from too if you’re after a mid morning treat!

For children, there’s a good kids’ menu with meals like eggs, bacon and toast, as well as cabinet food that might  tempt their fancy. There’s also colouring in and highchairs. Seating is inside the bright, airy cafe or outside with a fire place and the views of the Remarkables to admire.
